eLearning Terms of Use

Before you register for a Change Management Library (CML) eLearning course, including the Change Delivery Professional (CDP) course (“eLearning Course” or “Training”), carefully review the conditions of use displayed in the scroll-box below. Registering for a CML eLearning course indicates your acceptance of the Change Management Library Participant User Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth below. 

Participant User Agreement 

This Participant User Agreement (“Agreement”) is made in the United Kingdom, where Change Management Library (“CML”) is registered. The Agreement applies to all individuals (“Participant” or “You”) downloading, using, or accessing a CML eLearning course (“Training”) and other copyrighted materials made available to registered users globally through the CML Moodle platform (“Platform”). 

Background 

Change Management Library (CML) is an organisation registered in the United Kingdom, specialising in delivering change management solutions and professional development opportunities. 
We: 

  • Work as trusted change delivery partners to organisations and consultancies. 
  • Embed skilled Change Delivery Professionals (CDPs) into teams to ensure seamless delivery of work packages, drive engagement, and achieve measurable outcomes. 

CML has developed eLearning courses, including the Change Delivery Professional (CDP) course, made available online through the Moodle learning management system. These courses are designed to provide practical and accessible training solutions to build internal capabilities and empower teams to lead change independently. 

Copyright

All CML eLearning content is protected by copyright under the laws of the United Kingdom and applicable international intellectual property laws. 

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of the Training by the Participant. By becoming a registered user of the Platform, clicking the “I Accept” button on this registration page, and using the Training, You are entering into a binding and enforceable agreement to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

This Agreement expressly incorporates by reference and includes, without limitation, the Platform’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines, rules, and/or disclaimers that may be posted or updated on specific pages of the Platform or provided to You in notices. 

Please carefully review the terms of this Agreement before clicking the “I Accept” button on the registration form. If You do not wish to accept this Agreement, do not proceed with the registration.

Password Use and Security 

  • The Training is for Your exclusive use only. 
  • Sharing Your Username and Password with another user is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of this Agreement without notice. 
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials and for all activities that occur under Your account. 

If You become aware of any unauthorised use of Your account, notify CML Customer Support immediately at [email protected]

Use of the eLearning Course and Materials

CML grants You a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Training for the registration term specific to each course as stated in the course descriptions from the date of purchase. 

Permitted Use: 

  • Online access to the Moodle platform. 
  • Download, save, or print one hard copy of individual course sections for personal, non-commercial use only. 
  • Proper attribution when using materials (e.g., Author Name, Date, Course Title, and Platform URL). 

Prohibited Use: 

  • Sharing course content through electronic means (e.g., email lists or forums) without prior written consent. 
  • Sublicensing, selling, or distributing course content or materials. 
  • Modifying, editing, or commingling course materials with other information. 

Violations: 
Any breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of access to the Platform and legal action if necessary. 

Course Access Duration

Participants are granted six months of access to the Training from the date of purchase. After the six-month period, user accounts will be automatically deleted, and access to course materials will no longer be available.  

Intellectual Property Rights 

All CML course content, including videos, documents, and supplementary materials, is protected under UK copyright law and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorised sharing, distribution, or duplication is strictly prohibited. 

Fees, Payments, and Cancellation Policy 

Course Fees and Access: 

  • Course fees are displayed on the CML website at the time of purchase. 
  • Payment must be completed in full before access is granted. 
  • After purchase, you will receive instructions to create a Moodle account or, for existing users, new courses will be added to your account. 

Cancellation and Refunds: 

Cancellation Period: 

  • You may cancel within 14 days of purchase if you have NOT: 
  • Logged into Moodle or accessed your account. 
  • Viewed, downloaded, or completed any course materials. 

 Refund Requests: 
Submit a written request to [email protected] 

 within the 14-day period. Include: 

  • Full name 
  • Email address 
  • Course title 
  • Proof of payment 

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. 

Non-Refundable Circumstances: 
Refunds are not issued if: 

  • You have logged into Moodle and accessed your account. 
  • You have viewed, downloaded, or accessed course content. 
  • You have completed any part of the course, including quizzes or exams.

Limitation of Liability

CML’s liability for any claims related to the service or content is limited to the amount paid for the specific course. 

 CML is not liable for: 

 
  • Unauthorised charges by third parties. 
  • Special, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of use or data. 

Term and Termination 

This Agreement remains in effect while Your registration is active and fully paid. CML reserves the right to terminate Your access for any breach of this Agreement. 

Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. For international participants, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country may apply. 

Entire Agreement 

This Agreement, along with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between You and CML.
