Empowering Leaders to Build Sustainable

Inclusive Cultures

Inclusive Leadership Training Workshops that Redefine Culture

Delivered by Inclusive Change Clinic (ICC), a subsidiary of Change Management Library (CML)

Inclusive Change Clinic offers high-impact Inclusive Leadership Training Workshops  for senior leaders ready to move beyond buzzwords and start building inclusive cultures that perform.

Led by Maribeth Olafioye, a change and transformation expert and doctoral candidate at Imperial College London, these sessions challenge leaders to confront bias, build trust, and lead with wisdom. Through real stories, proven frameworks, and practical tools, we help senior teams to develop a sustainable approach to redefine culture.

In a world where AI and Cobots are becoming a constant presence in the workplace, human behaviour must become even more collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and inclusive. The future of performance lies in how people lead each other, not just how they work.

Discover the 3 Wise Leadership Principles and 7 Habits that create environments where people feel seen, valued, and ready to thrive.

Culture Redefined.

The Wise Leadership Model presents a research-based framework that uses three core leadership principles to drive behavioural and cultural transformation. While the 7 Wise Habits are practised organisation-wide, leadership plays a central role in modelling, reinforcing, and embedding them into daily team culture.

Wise Leadership Model

This model is inspired by thinkers like Sojourner Truth, Max Weber and Dr Myles Munroe, alongside real experiences of exclusion shared by Maribeth Olafioye and others.
It brings together wisdom, justice, and purpose to redefine how leaders shape inclusive cultures.
