What is the CDP Course?

The Change Delivery Professional (CDP) course is a comprehensive, 3-day blended learning experience designed to build internal organizational capabilities and empower teams to deliver successful change projects.

Prerequisite: The program starts with 1 day of mandatory self-learning foundation course e-learning. Completing this module ensures you are fully prepared to engage in the subsequent live sessions.

The core of the program consists of 2 days of live Online Instructor-led training, led by experienced change delivery experts. These highly practical sessions bring real-world insights and hands-on expertise to ensure you gain actionable skills.

By leveraging the CML 5Es (Explore, Enable, Engage, Emerge, and Embed), the CDP course focuses on practical application, equipping participants with the tools and techniques needed to drive successful change in real-world scenarios.

As Qualified Education Provider™ credits are available from the Association of Change Management Professionals® (ACMP).

Upon completion of the course and passing your exam, you become certified at delivering change.
