The Change Delivery Professional (CDP) course is a 3-day comprehensive Online Instructor-led training designed to build internal organisational capabilities and empower teams to deliver successful change projects. As Qualified Education Provider™ credits are available from the Association of Change Management Professionals® (ACMP).

Upon completion of the course and passing your exam, you become certified at delivering change.
