Proven techniques for results

We leverage our own proven techniques to ensure that our services deliver tangible results. Our methodologies include the ProChange Methodology, which aligns change and project management for technical implementation, the COMMS Framework for robust communication delivery, and the CML 5Es for end-to-end change management.

Our community of change experts

Our Change Delivery Professionals (CDPs) are skilled in four key roles, ensuring the right expertise is always available to support your needs:

Change Analysts focus on supporting change initiatives by gathering and analysing data, conducting Change Impact Assessments (CIA), and mapping as-is and to-be processes to identify gaps. They assist with stakeholder mapping, provide insights for decision-making, and support communication planning. Additionally, they develop and customise tools and templates, ensuring the smooth documentation and execution of change activities, while contributing to overall project success.

Change Managers actively manage and execute work packages, ensuring deliverables are met while engaging stakeholders and reducing resistance. They assess organisational readiness, conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA), and address gaps with tailored strategies. They can develop communication plans, deliver training, and lead change networks to drive adoption. Working with project managers, they integrate change activities into timelines, monitor progress, and ensure smooth transitions with measurable results.

Change Leads take charge of developing and driving change strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. They lead leadership engagement, working closely with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for change initiatives. Overseeing change and communications teams, they ensure seamless coordination and delivery. They collaborate with programme managers to align change efforts with broader project goals, while managing stakeholder engagement, reporting progress, and identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.

Change Directors provide strategic leadership for change initiatives, engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders to secure alignment and support. They oversee change and communication teams, ensuring the delivery of cohesive strategies and outcomes. Collaborating closely with the SRO or Programme Director, they steer the direction of change efforts, provide guidance on critical decisions, and influence organisational priorities to drive successful transformation.

Capability building

Alongside delivering work packages, we offer training and e-learning and virtual instructor-led change management training solutions to help your teams develop the skills needed to lead change independently in the future.
