Workforce Change Readiness is the process of preparing employees and managers to successfully navigate organisational change.

While organisations often invest heavily in projects, technology and transformation programmes, employees are frequently expected to adapt without the skills or support needed to understand what is changing, why it matters and how to respond.

Seeking 2–3 Pilot Organisations

We are looking for 2–3 organisations to pilot our new Employee Change Readiness Package.

The package is designed to help both new and existing colleagues prepare for, understand and adapt to workplace change. It can be used as part of onboarding, transformation activity or wider employee development.

The package includes three practical training modules:

Employee Change Readiness — for all employees
Manager & Leader Change Readiness — for those supporting teams through change
Health & Wellbeing During Change — to support resilience, wellbeing and confidence

Pilot organisations will receive complimentary access in exchange for feedback to help shape the future development of the package.
