The Certified Change Delivery Professional (CCDP) accredited course is an interactive, virtual-led training tailored  to various change projects and programmes. The CCDP course is designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead end-to-end, people-centred, successful change initiatives within their organisations, building internal capability. The CCDP course applies the CML 5Es model combined with other recognised change management theories and models to enable a delivery-focused approach to change management.
